Affiliates Manager – B2C Services – Hybrid working (Remote 4 days, 1 day in Manchester City Centre) – Up to £35,000 + Bonus

Affiliate Marketing Candidates! We are looking for you. Our client is a household-name tech brand who work with some of the nations most recognisable retailers.  With an established Affiliate program in place already, they are looking for a commercially minded individual to support the brand in taking their program to the next level while account managing the Partners in their current portfolio. You’ll join the Brand Partnerships team and report directly into the Senior Affiliates Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any individual with 3+ years experience in a dedicated Affiliates role. You’ll be given autonomy to deliver creative and entrepreneurial ideas and have real input on their Affiliate function.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Account Manager (Affiliate Marketing):

  • Assist with achieving key business objectives such as generating revenue from brand partnerships.
  • Support the Head of Affiliates with the full-scale affiliate marketing strategy.
  • Identifying relevant partnerships to allow the brand to prosper and grow.
  • Achieve KPI’s through monitoring performance and seeking methods of improvement.
  • Plan and implement brand campaigns across web, mobile app, email and social channels.
  • Contribute towards developing innovative and improved internal processes and systems.
  • Presenting insightful reports to senior members of staff and key stakeholders within the business.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years affiliates experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Awin, Tradedoubler, Impact is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Strong team player.
  • A self-motivator with a can-do attitude.
  • Resilient and enjoys taking on a challenge.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
