Account Manager - Manchester - Creative Agency - £22,000 to £27,000

Are you a talented Account Manager who can bring energy and initiative into the workplace? 

Our client is an independent Creative Advertising and Branding Agency based in an affluent part of Manchester, just a stone’s throw from the bustle of the city. They have an impressive portfolio of clients, including some well-known global brands.

As the Account Manager, you will get to sink your teeth into a wide variety of different client projects and develop relationships with new and existing clients. The role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Manage campaigns for clients across marketing, brand, digital and advertising
  • Work to tight deadlines, delivering client briefs on-budget and on time
  • Lead a small team, ensuring maximum productivity to top quality standards Generating reports and status notifications on a regular basis
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with creative team to present new innovative ideas to clients
  • Be an advocate of clients brands
  • Use commercial awareness and initiative to guide clients in the right direction

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in design, advertising and marketing
  • Excellent making client relationships
  • Understands and can provide evidence of experience in providing key account management to accounts that are large, corporate or complex in nature
  • Competent with sales reporting, forecasting and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication skills across telephone, written media, meetings and one-to-one
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques including digital platforms
