The Account Manager will be accountable for building and maintaining strong work relationships with key clients whilst also working closely with other departments in order to ensure that all client campaigns are delivered within the agreed timeframe and go above and beyond the client’s expectations. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent client service skills and an extensive background in account management within an agency!

The Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Assist in the delivery of the client’s marketing strategies by working closely with the internal departments and managing the clients’ expectations
  • Become the lead point of contact for the client, aiming to answer and solve all of their queries or problems
  • Build and maintain strong work relationships with clients and other team members
  • In regards to key stakeholders, communicate effectively the progress being made on each client
  • On a regular basis, track and predict key account metrics

The Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • At least 2 years’ agency experience is essential
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering successful client strategies
  • Capable of managing multiple projects at any given time without compromising the quality of the work
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable managing budgets whilst working in a fast-paced environment
