Account Manager – £32-38k - Manchester City Centre - Agency – Client Services

Our client is one of Manchester’s most progressive, integrated marketing communications agencies, and they are looking for a candidate with experience of working across multi-discipline campaigns including Video, Photography, Digital and Social; and to add a cherry on top you may even gain some experience in managing content internationally!

You would have the opportunity to work with a fast paced, global, fully integrated client. This account is growing, so your role will grow alongside it. With a supportive, collaborative team around you, there will also be added potential to mentor a junior member of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Challenge and look at things from multiple angles both internally and externally
  • Dealing with social media content and copy
  • Delivering a high level of customer service, ensuring that clients are always fully up to date with project developments and managing expectations
  • Proactively offer appropriate solutions through an in-depth understanding of the client’s priorities, their sector and, creative and production processes
  • Maximise turnover and project margins, through negotiation of costs, efficient use and management of resources, and management of project scope, client budgets and timings
  • Ensure that all financial, account and agency administration is up to date, accurate and well organised
  • Manage multiple projects, delivering the best possible outcome for the client and the agency
  • Presenting campaign ideas and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing activity
  • Ability to be flexible in resource and workload planning
  • Contribute to the wider agency by sharing knowledge and expertise as well as identifying opportunities to build the agency profile
