Our client is a Manchester-based marketing and digital agency, who is proud of their innovative and intuitive creative solutions for a wide range of clients. This young and lively team are extremely customer-focused. Striving to exceed their clients’ expectations every time, they are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to join them as their new Account Executive!

The Account Executive will ensure all client expectations and objectives are met and any enquiries are dealt with. You will be working on all campaigns, to monitor campaign performance and communicate all client information to the relevant teams. Our client is looking for an individual who can provide excellent service to their clients and support campaigns. This is a great chance for a talented and enthusiastic candidate, who wants to grow their career in digital marketing and be part of a great and fun agency.

Main Responsibilities of the Account Executive:

  • Manage client portfolios whilst establishing excellent relationships with other team members.
  • Constantly look out for new business ventures in order to help the company achieve its overall growth targets.
  • Manage stakeholder and develop a strong working relationship with clients; keeping them up to date on the progression of their campaign.
  • Generate highly innovative and successful campaigns which will exceed the client’s expectations.
  • Contribute to various projects throughout the business and support the development of the company.
  • Regular benchmarking and research on industry trends and development.
  • Be up to date on the company products and services.
  • Maintain and update internal documents.
  • Produce briefs to inform channel teams of budgets, deliverables and objectives on campaigns.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience building close relationships with clients.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Confident reporting campaign performance.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team player whilst still able to work independently.
