Account Executive

Account Executive – Manchester (Remote or Hybrid) - Up to £25,000 - Agency

Want to be a part of a growing Cheshire Agency? Our client is on the look out for an Account Executive to join their friendly team! You will be the key link and point of contact between the team and their clients. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, keen to learn new skills and not afraid to get stuck in.

The role will vary day-to-day and responsibilities could include answering clients queries via email, taking a new campaign briefing call, suggesting marketing solutions or actually posting directly on a client social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders on all their account deliverables
• Ensure all deliverables are in line with clients requirements within a timely manner
• Commercially aware to build upon campaign knowledge
• Work cooperatively with the Senior Account Manager to help seek new business opportunities
• Closely working with the fulfilment team to communicate of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or suggest improvements
• Company quality standards, processes and procedures are carried out through all work projects
• Communicate with the digital fulfilment team to deliver activity and KPI reports on a monthly basis

Key Skills:

• Previous client facing experience
• Highly organised and a confident communicator
• Driven, goal orientated and good negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Effectively meet deadlines and prioritize workload
• Ideally previous experience of undertaking digital marketing activity
• A background in marketing and/or communications
• B2B agency experience is highly desirable
• HubSpot certifications/experience working with HubSpot
