This is an amazing opportunity to join a highly enthusiastic team, who love what they do! Our client is looking for a candidate who shares the same team spirit and will have fun whilst positively impacting the brand and getting them to where they want to be.

This role is suited to a creative and organised individual with a dogged determination to deliver sharp thinking and solutions for its ever-growing client base. Being a team-player and able to juggle many different tasks at once is crucial.

The business is founded by very talented professionals within the industry, therefore, there is amazing opportunity to learn and grow alongside them. The work also spans across a wide range of projects and a variety of sectors making no two days the same.

As an account executive, you will be responsible for the coordination of campaigns and projects, therefore good communication skills are a must. You must also have the ability to understand the needs of clients, which you will learn through liaising with them closely on a daily basis.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Have a professional role with clients to discuss and identify their requirements in order to give them the best possible service
  • Work with agency colleagues to deliver projects which meet the brief and budget
  • Present the campaign ideas and budget to the client well
  • Ensure the communication flows effectively
  • Good negotiation skills with clients and peers about the details of projects
  • Be able to handle budgets and manage campaign costs and invoice clients
  • Write meeting reports
  • Undertake any administrative tasks
  • Arrange and attend meetings
  • Contribute and attend to pitches with other colleagues with the aim of securing new clients for the agency to work with

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • 6-12 months working in an agency environment is preferred- creative, digital or design
  • Effective analytical, presentation (written and verbal) and organisational skills
  • An inherent curiosity about brands and a real desire to learn and progress.
  • IT/MS Office skills – PPT, Word, Excel.
  • Education – degree level ideally in a business/marketing/communication led subject.
  • You’ll be a people person to your core, helping your peers to deliver successful brand design projects. Empathy & laughter are critical personality traits.
