They are based in the heart of Manchester, close to the best restaurants, shops and bars.

The Account Director will be responsible for looking after multi-million-pound clients, so rich experience in a previous client-facing role is required to be successful for this role. The client service responsibilities will be focused on web-building services, so the Account Director will be the link between the client and the development team.

Main responsibilities of the Account Director

  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Ensure the account management team deliver high-quality results according to the client needs
  • Identify new opportunities for existing as well as new clients
  • Negotiate and manage business contracts
  • Run and manage key client meetings and presentations
  • Advise and ensure clients are being presented with new products
  • Monitor campaign performance

Required skills and experience of the Account Director

  • Previous experience in account management in a web building agency
  • Experience of working with eCommerce platforms like Magento
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Great organisational and planning skills
  • Strong project management skills are essential
  • Be a confident team player with a strong tenacity to take ownership on campaigns
