Our client is disrupting the industry by optimising processes across the health and care sector using cutting edge technology. Continuously growing and expanding their business, they are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join their team.

Our client are looking for someone who is tech savvy and ambitious. This person will be confident in creating and producing content and so superb attention to detail will be required for this role - as well as a proven ability to drive sales. This is a really unique opportunity to implement best-in-class account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, supporting CRM and marketing automation platform within a private equity - backed environment. This person will be the custodian for tone of voice as the business embark on a digital transformation project. This is a fast growing business in a fast growing sector and they are looking for a strong marketing leader who is confident to drive a marketing department to join them on their journey.

The focus of this role will, at first, be building the website and information architecture into a proposition that articulates the brands USP - in turnthis will influence the ABM and wider brand marketing initiatives to raise awareness and inbound traffic. Because of this, our client are looking for someone with in depth knowledge of SEO and content marketing in order to create a clear marketing message and deliver effective paid campaigns. Experience in subsequently converting these messages into sales by utilising email marketing and other multi-channel approaches is also really important in nurturing a holistic brand strategy. 

Initially this will be the sole role within the marketing function and so this person will need to be hands-on and proactive – taking it by the scruff of the neck!

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Deliver best-in-class marketing of digital transformation consultancy services which directly improve sales results
  • Monitor campaign success using tiers and relevant KPI’s
  • Leading a high-performing marketing team to deliver cross-functional marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Creating engaging content using WordPress and other tools for lead engagement, sales progression, account management, SEO, social media and PPC campaigns
  • Performing regular market and competitor analysis to keep the company thriving as an industry innovator
  • A passion for working collaboratively to discover the unique elements of the business in order to communicate stories that drive customers to action

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Expert Marketing knowledge - practical solutions to reach targets
  • Quality Brand building experience
  • Experience in, and understanding of, using CRM and Marketing Automation to drive sales
  • Clear ABM experience with demonstrable revenue building experience
  • Experience and thorough knowledge of the principles and strategies of account-based marketing (ABM)
  • A passion for digital transformation within the health and care sector
  • Experience in building brands through differentiation and innovative approaches
  • Excellent communication skills – great at building strong relationships with stakeholders
