A multinational eCommerce retailer is looking for a UX Optimisation Executive to help analyse huge data sets and recommend any changes needed to help with user experience!

Our leading B2C client is a nationwide fashion retailer and has established themselves as an industry leader. They are looking for a UX Optimisation Executive to aid the help with navigational analysis on the company website and suggest any changes that need to occur. You are going to need to look at different trends that customers are taking when shopping on the client’s website and recommend any changes that need to happen on the website.  The candidate must be a real ‘numbers person’ and have a strong passion for digital marketing whilst having strong attention to detail.

Our client is based in Bury which has great transport links and also provides free parking for staff. The client also believes in strong working relations and has regular breakout events and fun activities.

Roles and Responsibilities of a UX Optimisation Executive:

  • Analyse website data to establish any new trends and be able to quick notice any changes of trends on the website.
  • Analyse customer behaviour on the website and interpret the data collected in order to identify any issues with the user experience on the website and providing feedback to the conversion optimisation strategist
  • Produce highly professional reports highlighting the analysis
  • Communicate the results of the commercial value of the findings at all times
  • Support team leader with any activities when required

Skills and Attributes of a UX Optimisation Executive:

  • Being able to use online analysis tools such as Google Analytics
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to produce various reports and share with others in the business
  • Being able to work to close deadlines
  • Knowledge of best practise when it comes to conversion optimisation and user experience
  • Understanding of online marketing channels such as PPC, SEO and so on
  • Experience in heat map and AB / MVT analysis
