Due to their vast success and growth, our client is looking for a Social Media Executive to implement successful content strategies and run performance analysis reports. The successful candidate will join their Digital Marketing team and support the continuous business growth through clever digital strategies to engage with their target audience. The Social Media Executive will be working closely with the Head of Acquisition to create effective and engaging social media strategies, which will improve awareness and attract more customers. Our client requires a social media specialist who has previous experience working with budgets and digital campaigns.

Main responsibilities of the Social Media Manager

  • Manage paid social media campaigns and ensure they effectively enhance website traffic and engage with the company’s audience
  • Develop paid social strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Run benchmark analysis and monitor competitors
  • Continuously optimise online content and run performance reports to the rest of the digital team
  • The Social Media Executive will be working closely with the PR and Content team to promote relevant activities while working with the CRM and Customer Service teams to manage the online brand reputation
  • Run campaign performance analysis and reports on a weekly and monthly basis according to set targets
  • Be up to date on all social media trends and developments to implement new techniques and content strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and build up a strong professional network

Required skills and attributes of the candidate

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Social Media Executive role
  • You must be passionate about social media and have previous experience in a social media marketing role
  • Previous experience using analytical and social media management tools
  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • The candidate must have a strategic mindset and be able to understand customer behaviour to enhance online engagement and acquisition
  • You have very strong written skills and be extremely organised
  • Strong commercial awareness with a confident and enthusiastic attitude
