With occasional travel to London, the successful candidate will take on a dynamic role with excellent opportunities. Being part of a global network, the Senior CRM Executive will join a national leading company who is grown larger over the years across the UK and they are now looking for a talented CRM professional who has experience in technical CRM processes. Located in central Manchester, the successful candidate will be close to main train stations, trendy bars, and restaurants.

The Senior CRM Executive will join a large and fast paced Marketing team and support the Services, Content and UX teams by implementing key channel strategies for the portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager, the Senior CRM Executive will support the marketing communication strategies through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and analyze user data to enhance performance and run data driven marketing strategies.

Main responsibilities of the Senior CRM Executive

  • Identify customer personas through 1st and 3rd data analysis
  • Run testing and evaluation on new technology and channels to potentially implement to the CRM processes
  • Support communication strategies for key events and measure performance for future improvements
  • Using Sales Marketing Cloud, support execution of key communication strategies to target specific customer groups
  • Work closely with the content and creative teams to enhance the campaign performance
  • Report statistics and marketing campaign performance on a regular basis

Required skills and attributes of the Senior CRM Executive

  • Ability to understand the tracking side of emails and identify issues with coding etc.
  • Have a background in digital marketing as well as offline marketing experience
  • Previous experience of making decisions based on data analysis and use segmentation models and personas
  • Previous experience in Marketing Automation tools like Sales Marketing Cloud and email marketing channels
  • Strong knowledge of data protection legislation and GDPR
  • Proven experience of managing multiple projects and work with tight deadlines
  • Commercial mindset and the ability to analyze data and translate into new strategies
  • Strong knowledge of executing communication strategies through channels like email and SMS
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with integrity and calmness under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
