Our client is a Digital Agency that promotes creativity in order to achieve breath-taking results. They have worked with a number of clients including some globally recognised brands. This business is in a massive period of growth and they need a Senior Client Services Manager to take them to the next level. This role also has very exciting progression opportunities due to the role eventually moving to a Head of Media role.

The Senior Client Services Manager will be responsible for driving media growth through developing the current team and liaising closely with the new business team to help facilitate client growth. You will be the lead contact with clients and will establish the businesses media owner relationships. This role will also include a more traditional media approach including out of home, press, radio, magazines and potentially some digital display. This role also brings with it exciting responsibilities such as people management, developing strategies and pitching.  

There is scope to develop in this role and the next step of development would be the Head of Client Services. 

Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Client Services Manager:

  • Strategy and planning of client media budgets
  • Use specific processes for new clients and ensure these processes are rolled out and sustained across the team
  • Leadership and management of client accounts
  • Oversee relationships with Media Owners
  • Negotiate, track and deliver rebate deals with none TV media owners
  • Represent the company at media events
  • Liaise with the other departments on creating prospecting campaigns
  • Host and lead monthly team meetings

Skills and Attributes:

  • A demonstrable background in media channels
  • A solid understanding of the customer journey and the impact of wider communication channels
  • Google Analytics
  • Billing systems
  • Passionate about media
