The company is experiencing a period of rapid growth; hence, they have created a new position for a gifted and diligent Sales Executive to join their small team of 5 sales experts.

As the Sales Executive, you will be reporting to the Sales Director whilst also have the opportunity to deal with various clients and agencies. Therefore, it is essential that you have excellent client- facing skills! Overall, you will be assisting the company in generating new business opportunities by constantly seeking out new leads for the organisation!

The Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

  • Regularly search for new business ventures whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships with key contacts
  • Plan and execute an innovative sales strategy which will be used to identify client business requirements and align with the business' overall strategy
  • Offer your assistance to the delivery of the annual direct sales and agency strategy
  • Ensure that you are up to date on all the product developments and technical updates by liaising closely with the other internal departments
  • Make sure that other team members know about any key developments which occur within the market
  • Follow up on new business leads by working with the Account Management team
  • Work with the Sales Team to pick up any existing leads; ensuring that the client's campaigns are being delivered as agreed
  • Each month and quarter, you will need to forecast  revenues in order to maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities; ensure that these either meet or exceed the target
  • Deliver new business pitches to clients and other team members; highlight the brand's image at all times
  • Manage third party agencies and suppliers
  • Communicate on-going sales activities including reports and meetings
  • On a regular basis, carry out a competitor analysis and report on the company's competitive advantages

 The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in pushing revenue streams with agencies/ clients in the digital media or technology field
  • Experience in selling SAAS portfolio
  • A list of contacts with ad agencies and clients
  • Relevant university degree (BS/BA) advanced degree desirable
  • Highly motivated individual and able to work independently
  • Passionate about emerging techniques and trends within the digital advertising space and understanding of RTB
  • Astonishing written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present work confidently
