Our client is a highly successful digital agency, who has established a solid reputation in the digital industry over the last decade. Based in North Leeds, the successful candidate can access our client’s office easily with public transport or enjoy free car parking.

The Programmatic Display Lead will be the to go person in the agency for Programmatic services, which means that the successful candidate will have a lot of freedom in the role to implement key strategies and manage their own customer portfolio of clients. It is, therefore, essential that the successful candidate has minimum 3 years’ experience working in Programmatic and is not afraid of a new challenge. The Programmatic Display Lead will be part of the Paid Media team and support with essential and up to date knowledge of programmatic.

Main responsibilities of the Programmatic Display Lead

  • Create, plan, implement and report performance on Programmatic campaigns
  • Identify new service offerings and product developments within the Paid Media Team
  • Manage campaign optimisation on a weekly and daily basis to ensure maximised performance
  • Work closely with digital teams like CRO, SEO, PPC and Digital PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders important to the agency
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create programmatic warranties across different formats
  • Run performance analysis of client and team processes within the company
  • Develop key training programmes for the digital teams and individuals
  • Stay up to date on the newest developments and trends in programmatic

Required skills and attributes

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Programmatic Display
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience with client management and ability to develop long term relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and have a strong analytical mindset
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, with emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards all tasks within the company
  • Previous experience in reporting and delivering results to key clients
  • A good communicator and mentor for supporting teams with key knowledge
  • Be a team worker as well as working independently
