Our client is looking for a driven, analytical team player to make their mark in an innovative and growing men’s fashion retailer. As you will be working closely with the Managing Director and the IT Director, strong communication skills are essential. Travelling to work shouldn’t be a problem! Located in the Manchester area, our client’s office is easily accessible via many transport links from surrounding areas. 

The key responsibility for the PPC Executive will be to offer support to the management and execution of the paid search campaigns; so a passion for paid search is fundamental! They will also be responsible for contributing to maximise the company’s performance in both the UK and international campaigns.  The PPC Executive, will monitor the company’s performance, carry out editorial optimisation and report the results to the key stakeholders.  The ability to multi-task is essential to the role for project management.

Key Responsibilities of the PPC Executive

  • Plan, manage and review the delivery of PPC campaigns
  • Sustain and advance all paid channels to deliver efficient and cost-effective campaigns
  • Produce regular reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Create automation where appropriate and custom alerts to monitor performance where necessary
  • Test and optimise campaigns to meet KPI’s
  • Manage the bid management platform to meet targets and KPI’s whilst ensuring we are up to date with any enhancements and Beta tests.
  • Provide analysis on data, identifying trends and opportunities within the market and the paid search accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal departments to support product launches and promotions.
  • Work with wider internal/ external teams to develop and improve paid activity.
  • Keep up to date on appropriate tools and software that could enhance the paid search channels. Where appropriate, working with selected partners to deliver and manage the change process.

Skills and Attributes required

  • Google Adwords Certified would be highly advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including V-Lookups and Pivot tables
  • Knowledge of Google shopping and Display / Re-Targeting.
  • Ability to work with budgets and KPI’s
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and able draw key points from data analysis and provide insight when required
  • Experience and knowledge of other digital channels and multichannel marketing.
  • Excellent organisational skills
