The PPC Analyst will be in charge of managing the paid media activity for a number of high-profile clients as well as overseeing the development of their accounts. The role will also involve training and developing the junior members of the team whilst providing them with the insight needed to enhance their future careers.

The Main Responsibilities of the PPC Analyst:

  • On a daily basis, optimise the Paid Search platforms on behalf on the clients
  • Within an agreed time frame, respond to all briefs, emails and calls whilst managing the workload of the junior members of the team in order to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard
  • Regularly forecast potential delivery and ROI for existing clients
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all the latest industry trends and changes
  • Carry out advanced performance analysis by gathering relevant data and then use the information to generate detailed reports
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the data results and offer guidance on how to utilise this information in the future
  • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered within the agreed timeframe and to the agreed standard by interrogating and challenging the briefs
  • At client meetings, provide the paid search perspective to conversation
  • Review and change tactics in order to meet campaign goals and achieve agreed KPI’s
  • Offer your assistance when the team is creating project plans

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience of working within a similar PPC role is fundamental to the job
  • A sound understanding of Google Adwords and Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience of using various digital channels as well as having the ability to adhere to a budget
  • Capable of prioritising their workload in order to ensure that all targets are achieved
  • Comfortable providing an insight to and analysing high-level data
  • A highly motivated, confident communicator with a passion for PPC!
