Based in the heart of Leeds in their brand new offices, they are on the hunt for a talented individual with a passion for social to join their brand new team as their Paid Social Executive. With lots of room for progression, this is the opportunity of a lifetime! The Paid Social Executive will be responsible for managing successful digital marketing campaigns for the agency’s clients as well as driving the revenue of the agency forward. The ideal candidate for the position should have excellent budget management skills and a good work ethic. Roles and responsibilities of the Paid Social Executive:

  • Constantly be aware of new business opportunities with clients and act on them accordingly
  • Plan, develop and implement client campaigns and optimise them continuously
  • On a regular basis, generate reports which highlight the performance of each campaign; in order for it to be used for future reference
  • Constantly think of way to optimise the target audience, create and bidding structures
  • Be responsible for the daily management of each client’s campaign
  • Ensure that they have a strong understanding of the metrics related to the account including but not limited to daily caps or similar metrics
  • Liaise with other departments in order to ensure efficiency throughout the agency

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience of working within a similar role is necessary for the role
  • Have an entrepreneurial disposition and able to take full responsibilities of their own accounts and deliver excellent result
  • A strong character who has an excellent work ethic and an analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are also necessary
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage large budgets effectively
