Our client is a well-respected financial services business and is located in the beautiful area of Cheshire, which is easily accessible by lots of public transport links and close to the train station. The Paid Search Manager will need to be a very effective communicator as they will be dealing with technical and non-technical staff.  The successful candidate will have the ability to develop excellent ideas to help drive success for the business. The business is working on some cutting-edge technology which will enhance their position in the market making them market leader! This is a brilliant opportunity and definitely one not to be missed!

Main Responsibilities of the Paid Search Manager:

  • Responsible for the entire paid search channel for the business
  • Ensure PPC ad creative, quality scores, cost per click, cost per conversion, impression share etc. are consistently being improved
  • Liaise with the other marketing teams in order to deliver increased sales and improve conversion by offering top digital customer service
  • Make sure KPI targets are met by optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Grow the business’ search capabilities by exploring new digital developments and reviewing PPC technologies
  • Create and implement a weekly, monthly and annual pay per click search income plan that also fits in with the marketing and commercial business targets
  • Work closely with the web team to develop onsite enhancements to aid conversion and landing pages

Skills and Attributes required:

  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience and pay per click experience
  • Expert knowledge in all elements of Paid Search
  • Proven track record of B2C acquisition activities
  • Able to manage budgets and experience of working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytic skills including; Google Analytics, Excel, Google AdCentre and Bing Adwords
  • Ability to identify ways to expand existing campaigns and to research new digital routes to market
  • Passionate about producing high quality work
  • Interested in learning about new emerging technologies
