One of the UK's leading digital agencies is looking for an ambitious Media Account Manager who has a great passion for online and offline media! The successful candidate will work from our client's trendy and new office in the heart of Manchester and work with some of the largest and most creative brands across several industries!

This award winning agency, based on the edge of the luxury Spinningfields area, is renowned for its fantastic training and career development opportunities as well as its superior service to their clients. This is a hands-on role in which the successful candidate will be involved in planning cutting edge media strategies for a variety of well-known and international brands. They are looking for a competent Media Account Manager to ensure that the most effective solutions are made available to their biggest clients.

The role of the Media Account Manager:

The Media Account Manager will be looking after some key accounts for the agency and work closely with other marketing teams in delivering a number of media campaigns. This will involve creating tailored strategies, handling specific budgets and regularly liaising with clients to inform and manage expectations. Other responsibilities include conducting keyword research and analysing key data to report performance. The Media Account Manager must possess strong online and offline media skills to implement successful campaigns and provide expert knowledge to support clients with the running of successful campaigns.

Required skills of the Media Account Manager:

  • Excellent online and offline media skills
  • Previous experience in a digital role
  • Clear and confident communication skills who can work as part of a team to deliver best in class campaigns and understand client requirements
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills are also essential as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • The successful candidate must be able to prioritise tasks effectively to cope with a demanding workload and have the diligence to meet pre-determined timeframes
  • The successful candidate will have a strong interest in search marketing and the wider media industry.
  •  It is essential that applicants keep up to date with the latest industry news, developments and best practices.
