Our client is a vibrant brand that has foregone a recent restructuring, therefore, requires a Marketing Manager to join the fantastic Offline Marketing Team. This is a brilliant opportunity to begin in a role that is brand new and make it your own. If you are looking for a position that will further your managerial skills, provide you with a fair amount of responsibility and you have a genuine interest in the fashion industry then this could be your perfect fit!

The brand is looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience in a Marketing role, has experience working in a senior role and has a retail background. Located in North Manchester, the city’s vast transportation links make your commute that bit easier and allows for accessibility across Manchester and to the city centre (handy on a Friday afternoon!).  The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new marketing opportunities for the brand while working in an energetic, stylistic and sociable environment!

Roles & Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for various brands
  • Control the guidelines throughout the marketing process  
  • Conduct case studies regarding brand activity and monitor ROI
  • Work with the retail marketing team to maximise brand opportunity in stores
  • Communicate brand feedback and launch activity internally to all departments
  • Organise and present a monthly meeting with all of the marketing teams
  • Work alongside the multi-channel team to ensure the correct visuals and messages are being communicated to the customer
  • Feedback concepts and ideas to brands
  • Work with the Traffic Manager to ensure campaign milestones are co-ordinated with resource to ensure efficient and timely ways of working
  • Will be the key liaison for brands

Skills & Attributes of the Marketing Manager:  

  • A sound understanding of the fashion industry is essential
  • Five years of experience in a marketing role and experience within a senior position
  • The management and leadership skills to be responsible for one other member of the marketing team
  • Ability to efficiently plan and execute an omni-channel marketing campaign
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate others
  • Experience with writing briefs for large campaigns
  • Organisational skills with ability to prioritise as the successful candidate will be required to juggle projects
  • Pays attention to detail and is highly organise
  • Excellent presentation skills – will be required to conduct presentations
  • Monitor trends in marketing industry and seek out marketing opportunities
