Our client is currently looking for a new Marketing Automation Manager to work closely alongside the CRM and Marketing team to drive the company forward! The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to deliver numerous automation campaigns across the client's group companies to both prospects and clients. The marketing department is rapidly growing at the moment and needs a strong worker to fill this position.

The role of the Marketing Automation Manager will be to play a vital role in the digital acquisition plans for growth and to be supportive of the team members around you, encouraging the best results possible. The candidate should continually look to improve the outcome of campaigns and be able to thrive in a friendly working environment in which team members are encouraged to share and discuss ideas to reach common goals.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Automation Manager:

  • Implement a wide range of new programs through the use of Marketo
  • Assist with the management of the teams, monitoring multiple programs and conduct regular review of the campaigns ensuring that they lead to sales
  • Put A/B testing campaigns in place to identify the best performing setups
  • Working closely with the CRM teams to improve the quality of information supplied to the sales team.
  • Being able to fully integrate and manage a third party’s software
  • Work with the necessary teams to put in place campaigns and monitor their life cycles through acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Ensure optimal ROI by managing at optimising campaigns
  • Audit the database on a regular interval to ensure the data is kept at the highest possible standard and quality

Skills necessary for the role:

  • Previous experience with the use of marketing automation software such as Marketo
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
  • A strong knowledge of email marketing
  • An understanding of HTML and CSS
  • A strong level of interpersonal skills
  • An analytical mind with attention for detail
  • Superb time management and organisational skills allowing the candidate to meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills for the role:

  • An understanding of Google Analytics
  • An understanding of digital marketing
  • Previous experience in a B2B role
