A huge multiplatform media company requires a new Head of Sales to look after their Digital, Print and Partnerships! This is a very exciting opportunity to join an extremely successful business in a great role!

The role of Head of Sales (Digital, Print and Partnerships) will be located in Manchester. The core aspect of this role is to enhance revenue across all of the company’s brands. This drive in revenue will come from many different areas including display, content, promoting and improving important relationships with clients. Furthermore, you will be expected to find new possibilities for partnership opportunities. Another important part of this role is outstanding sales skills and great leadership skills. You will need to feel confident in leading and working alongside other members of the team. This is a terrific chance to secure a great role offering a very competitive salary!

Main responsibilities of the Head of Sales (Digital, Print and Partnerships):

  • Maximise revenue through implementation of particular strategies
  • Encourage and support relationships with important clients
  • Find and develop new partnerships
  • Work alongside Account Directors to set targets
  • Be prepared to present the company’s portfolio to important clients
  • Hit your individual targets
  • Lead at least 5 sales meetings a week
  • Promote the business and act as an ambassador for the company
  • Research industry trends and competitors

Required skills and experience:

  • Experienced professional in similar hierarchal job roles
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Engaging and motivational towards colleagues
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Creative skills
  • Established sales experience
  • Demonstrable experience within the digital sector
  • Solid knowledge of aspects of digital and print advertising
  • Use data to enhance decision making
  • Useful if well known in the sales community
