Our client is a vastly profitable online retailer in the beauty sector. They are situated 10 minutes from Manchester city centre. This is a very exciting time to be a part of the company as they are going through an exhilarating phase of growth. The required role of a Digital Media Executive includes many challenging and rewarding tasks. This includes reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing in the planning, buying and execution of companies’ media activities across a range of channels. Therefore, this requires someone with energy and a pragmatic attitude.

Roles and responsibilities of the Digital Executive:

  • Evaluate campaigns to deliver the companies aims and targets including direct response and brand awareness activity.
  • Build a strong affiliate programme and find the best associates to work alongside in order to achieve effective marketing and business objectives.
  • In charge of media agency performance and be the main contact point for the media buying agency.
  • With support from the Head of Marketing and creative directors produce an effective asset management strategy
  • Recognise new opportunities that the company can employ in order to remain a key player in the online retail sector.
  • Ensure all activity is tracked correctly and accurately
  • Ensure all campaigns are coinciding to budget, optimising where appropriate and updating creative and campaign requirements as per retail plans, initiative and instinct.

The ideal candidate:

  • Precise and effective under pressure when dealing with tight deadlines
  • Experienced at using data and able to recognise key business insights
  • An outgoing team player with great communication skills
  • Listens to feedback intently and endeavours to perform to best of their ability.
  • Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience
  • Articulate and possesses excellent writing skills
  • Any experience in working in retail will be advantageous
