Our client are a UK household name and require a Digital Creative Planner to join their Digital team. The planner will be responsible for driving performance for their multiple financial and ecommerce websites.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Creative Planner

  • Working with the external agency to co-ordinate spend and creative as necessary, all in line with commercial KPIs and activity plans.
  • Responsible for the management of the performance of all channels by tracking, reporting, and scrutinising all activity.
  • Work with the agency to forecast and budget for all performance media and manage this budget and use the most cost efficient ways when executing campaigns
  • Keep on top of latest industry trends and drive innovation and within best practice across performance media channels.
  • Support the management of the digital side of campaigns, ensuring optimum results from all agencies
  • Assess all digital brand guidelines to ensure they are appropriate to use
  • Manage all digital assets, ensuring creative consistency, quality, brand alignment and design credentials are adhered to
  • Liaise with agency partners to make sure all required digital assets are punctual to deadlines, tracked and keep to publisher requirements
  • Get approval from the Line Manager/Stakeholders for all digital creative, and ensure all outputs comply with the law

Skills and Attributes

  • A degree in Marketing or related discipline or substantial work experience in managing agencies
  • Strong experience managing performance media channels and good understanding of digital platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to give insight on large data sets
  • Fundamental knowledge and experience with media tracking methodologies
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks prioritising in order of importance and working to tight deadlines
  • Proven experience in creative development or similar role
  • Knowledge and qualification in Google Analytics and Adwords would be highly advantageous in this role
  • Passionate about Digital Innovation and a portfolio of experience to discuss
