Our client delivers business results for some of the most successful and demanding advertisers.  As a google beta partner, our client is also at the cutting edge of testing new products. As part of their continued growth, our client is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join the team, working with global brands across a range of verticals from Travel and Retail to Finance and Automotive. 

They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has an all-around digital expertise and a great understanding of all aspects of digital marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for delivering email campaigns, display advertising, landing pages, and successfully creating, executing and managing social media advertising with the occasional task of website design and build projects.

In addition to the above, you will ideally have a digital direct response background, be performance and target driven, highly numerate with strong attention to detail, and have some people and client management experience.

The Main Responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Daily management and optimisation of processes
  • Manage, plan and execute buying
  • Use client data, forecasting and industry tools to implement new plans and strategies
  • Be aware of the long-term media cycles and strategies
  • Be the first point of contact for media owners and manage key meetings and social events
  • Responsible for understanding the client’s objectives, vision, needs and targets and respond to any inquiry they have to enhance client relationships
  • Analysis of response data
  • Part of creating long-term strategies with other managers across departments
  • Delegate and assist in daily management of team workload
  • Train and mentor junior teams
  • Responsible for being up to date with all industry trends and developments

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in working in an agency environment and a similar role is vital!
  • Experience with WordPress setups and content uploading
  • Good SEO skills to manage technical aspects to implement strategies for campaigns
  • Good analytical skills to identify improvements and successful links to review link profiles for audits
  • Previous experience with setup and optimising campaigns including managing PLA and remarketing lists.
  • Good management and organisational skills to create a full overview of campaigns
  • Very good understanding of content to support Paid Search campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management and presentations
  • Ability to implement strategies to reach set KPIs
  • Following skills are not required, but it is advantageous to have a basic understanding of HTML, Majestic, Screaming Frog, LinkRisk / Detox, Moz, Ahrefs Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics
