This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRO Manager to join a very smart, effective and digitally focused Web Design and Marketing Agency. The agency specialise in Mobile, Ecommerce and Design solutions for a range of premier clients.

The role requires an experienced individual who has a clear knowledge of the marketing and digital industry, and has already developed both effective CRO and analytical skills.  This role involves elements of creativity and will look for a candidate that can maximise the effectiveness of clients’ communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for suggesting, implementing and executing digital strategies to maximise brand awareness and increase interactions with the business.

Key Responsibilities of the CRO Manager:

  • Evolve web design and development through latest web technology, updating websites and integrating content
  • Working closely with both the marketing and design/development teams, to create new market leading opportunities to offer an outstanding service to clients
  • Implementing, managing and analysing our client’s digital marketing strategies, with the intention of increasing customer engagement across a range of different platforms
  • Developing a range of search and other digital marketing strategies across a number of different channels including Facebook,Google and Twitter
  • Influencing product and service development, through constant research and having an active interest in the market
  • Develop, manage and advise on successful client acquisition and retention strategies
  • Successfully manage and keep up-to-date with campaign conversion rates such as on page and click to buy/convert
  • Be involved in new business pitches, by analysing existing client activities and recommending ways to improve these.

The ideal candidate:

  • Highly analytical and detail orientated
  • A commercial mind-set, with a head for data
  • Excellent internal and external communication
  • Previous experience working within the marketing and digital industry, agency or client side
  • Effective CRO and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience of multi-variant tools.
