Our client is an award-winning retail giant who thrives on delivering high-quality, health and nutrition products to loyal customers across the globe! They have accumulated a huge success since opening their doors and with plans to grow even more over the next few years, they are now in search of an experienced and driven CRM Manager to help them move the business forward!

The CRM Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of the company’s retention strategy through email, push, SMS and Direct Mail. They will also be in charge of maximising the conversions through loyal customers whilst increasing revenue through a targeted, segmented eCRM lifestyle approach. Also, they will be responsible for reporting the performance of CRM in order to make recommendations for optimisation and customer segmentation. Another element of the role will be to proactively seek and implement the best way to serve customers, ultimately leading to increase revenue.

The Roles and Responsibilities of CRM Manager:

  • Plan and deliver an optimised CRM plan whilst considering the best brand delivery of customers through using the most up to date software and processes
  • Deliver high targeted CRM campaigns and generate detailed reports on each campaign’s performance
  • Work closely with other departments to make the best use of customer value, and create strategy
  • Support in the implementation of automated programmes with the objective of adding customer lifetime value
  • Keep up to date with CRM innovation and processes and recommend implementing them in the business

The Key Skills and Attributes of the CRM Manager:

  • Educated to degree level with strong experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience of working in a CRM team developing and mentoring
  • Previous experience of migration of CRM data with Salesforce
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and tailor the approach to different stakeholders.
  • Capable of managing their workload in order to ensure that all deadlines and targets are met
  • A driven individual who thrives of exceeding expectations!
