This company is wanting to hear from a creative and passionate individual who is looking to progress in their career as a CRM Manager. The successful candidate will play a central role in developing and delivering CRM initiatives, and work through campaign planning from start to finish. As the role is of high importance to the company, it is essential to have experience working in CRM.

Key roles and responsibilities of the CRM Manager:

  • Work in collaboration with the data services team to collect the relevant data to form personalised and targeted campaigns.
  • Brief creative outputs and requirements to the in-house design team and/or the creative agency.
  • Work within set deadlines when creating measurable and dynamic programs.
  • Analyse existing programmes and come up with ways to optimise them.
  • Update content, subject lines and offers, based on on-going analysis.
  • Make basic HTML amendments to existing campaigns and programmes.
  • Use CRM programmes to conduct SMS, social media, and email tests to identify optimal timing and message.
  • Explore ways of adapting new methods to existing tools.
  • Share knowledge with the wider Marketing team.
  • Identify ways to update CRM programmes.

Required skills and attributes:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in CRM within an eCommerce environment.
  • Experience using email broadcast tools (e.g. Responsys, Silverpop, Exact Target) and in setting up multi-stage CRM programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Can work well in a fast-paced environment within set deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML and SQL.
  • Commercially minded with an analytical and flexible approach to marketing.
