Our client are one of the UK’s leading holiday companies providing a range of trips and breaks through quality service. They require a CRM Executive to deliver and improve the online customer journey through digital marketing strategies. Not forgetting discounted holidays too! What more could you want?

The successful candidate will be based in Greater Manchester, a great location for all city needs! The CRM Executive will join a hardworking, sociable team in a fast-paced yet exciting environment. This role will involve implementing strategies, and assessing analytical data to ensure the best service and methods are delivered.

Roles and Responsibilities of the CRM Executive:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance and improve the online customer journey, acquiring new customers and building existing loyalty
  • Use analytics tools to assess performance and seek areas for improvement through relevant strategies and channels
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs through CRM strategies
  • Conduct research and focus on customer trends to implement the best experience
  • Communicate effectively with members of the team to achieve best results
  • Report to and work alongside the manager, suggesting areas of improvement and trends

Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience working in a CRM role
  • Confident at using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel
  • Motivated and focused on achieving results and targets
  • Passionate about customer trends, and open to implementing new techniques
  • A keen interest in leisure and holidays
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Up to date with industry trends and developments
