This client is looking for a knowledgeable and focused employee that is comfortable with campaign evaluation and distribution of SMS operations, on a worldwide scale. With their product line expanding all the time, this is the perfect time to dive into the role and prove that you are a multi-skilled CRM enthusiast!

Roles and Responsibilities of the CRM Executive:

  • The candidate must be able to hit deadlines including quarterly goals and objectives whilst also being able to motivate insights within the company.
  • Create campaigns and ensure a full Quality Assurance (QA) check has been completed.
  • Ensure the correct global campaign delivery plan is being executed in line with the business' objectives.
  • Manage the ongoing A/B test plan across multiple brands, whilst also liaising with compliance and commercial teams on new campaigns. 

Required Skills and Attributes: 

  • Two years of experience in a CRM role (financial services and e-commerce environment preferred)
  • It would be advantageous to be highly experienced in understanding SQL 
  • Capable of working efficiently in high-intensity situations and a fast-paced environment
  • A strong knowledge of GA and other online analytic platforms
  • Familiar with marketing broadcast tools such as Silverpop, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, and Responsys
  • A passion to learn and develop your CRM skills!
