Do you want to join a British and worldwide national institution that leads the way in broadcasting across key media platforms?

The role is an extremely exciting one, you will be heading up 2 key sectors and you would be tasked with bringing in your own team to deliver incredible integrated campaigns. This role offers you the opportunity to really make your mark!

Ideally they are looking for someone with an advertising background to inject their experience into this business, someone with the ability to be flexible in their tone, someone who has a strategic approach to creating award winning campaigns whilst managing their key clients, accounts and brands

You will be working with well-known and multi-award winning creative directors. You will be required to lead and inspire and not settle for anything but the best delivering marketing leading creative content.

Roles and Responsibilities of Creative Director

  • Produce promotional material and amplify campaigns on effective platforms e.g. TV, Radio, online and social. To be involved in high-end quality campaigns.
  • Write top class copy for all types of media including artist/ presenter voice overs
  • Clear communication ensuring key messages are communicated to teams
  • Obtain and manage solid working relationships with all necessary work colleagues and stakeholders
  • Show excellent leadership from the top creating seamless processes for business, recruitment, training, coaching, development, appraisal and communication.
  • Deliver financial processes in line with company policies
  • Keep a close eye on budgets, making effective decisions
  • Also, tender for best possible value

Skills and Experience

  • Highly creative with ideas and concepts that are credible and in line with organisational mission and concept
  • Has successfully lead a successful team and has a portfolio of examples
  • Has credibility in the industry and can give multiple examples of production experience and across an array of platforms
  • Proficient in integrated and phrasing
  • Full up to date understanding of the latest industry advances, social media platforms and how they can be used for the organisation

1) Creativity - Idea generation / conceptual thinking 

2) Creativity - Developing integrated creative treatments / Copywriting

3) Production - overseeing production / post production 

4) Creative leadership - Inspiring creativity
