Here is a big opportunity to excel quickly in your career and work with a giant retailer. Our client has grown into a large global brand and continuously surprise their competitors with innovative campaigns and business results! They work with large budgets and is striving to expand their teams to achieve higher results in multiple markets. This company is now looking for an Affiliates Manager to look after the US market and join their extremely talented CRM and Digital Marketing team. The successful candidate will be part of a hardworking data driven department who is working on a multi-million-pound budget but also drives a big part of the company's revenue and profit.  

The Affiliate Manager will be working on every aspect of the US affiliate activities including Biddable media, Paid Social, CRM and SEO. The successful candidate will also get the chance to develop their knowledge and skills through a global affiliates programme to enhance collaboration with marketing partners and affiliates globally. Our client, therefore, needs someone who is extremely strategic thinking, commercially focused, and is able to negotiate with higher level managers and directors in the US. By growing a strong affiliate network, the Affiliate Manager must focus on driving traffic to the website and ensure great conversions.

Main responsibilities

  • Grow the US affiliate network and establish effective profitable growth plans
  • Manage the current US affiliate network
  • Report media plans for the US market to all affiliates to achieve growth KPIs
  • Audit affiliate online platforms and optimise campaigns on a weekly basis
  • Be a great influence and implement excellent strategies in co-operation with internal teams
  • Achieve the set web traffic and sales growth targets
  • Recruit new affiliates in the US and report to the UK of any affiliate business activities
  • Ensure that the affiliate activities contribute to an increased market share on the US market

Required skills and attributes

  • Strong affiliate management background with minimum 5 years' experience with a strong understanding of the US affiliate market  
  • A self-starter who works with a great passion and knowledge of the digital industry
  • Strong commercial mindset and previous experience of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent analytical skills to report direct marketing activities and identify improvements
  • Previous experience in handling forecasts, budgets and media planning  
  • You must be extremely results driven with a great attention to detail
  • Be outgoing and able to build strong external and internal relationships
  • Work with an ambitious entrepreneurial mindset in a fast paced environment
  • The candidate must have a proven track record of achieving sales, traffic, and profit growth
