Our #workforus campaign has been continuing to attract excellent talent to our Manchester offices and we are delighted! We are keen to introduce you to our new and rapidly growing team. Managing Partner, Colin Telford talks us through where we are now at The Candidate and were we are going!
April and May 2016 will see 4 new recruitment consultants join The Candidate across all 3 recruitment departments in the business. They will work directly with new clients and candidates to help match the huge influx of roles the business is currently recruiting for in the Tech, Ad Agency and eCommerce sectors. This adds to the existing 14 staff members who are all based in their City Centre offices in Manchester's buzzing Spinningfields area.
Sarah Morris, Agency Recruitment Consultant
Sarah Morris joins The Candidate in the Advertising Agency Recruitment Team, bringing media sales experience from her previous role. Her network within the region is extensive after a successful spell undertaking business development and account management activities. These will all help her develop her own candidate network and match these to the leading digital marketing jobs in the thriving North West digital agency scene
Laura Wilson-Jones, Agency Recrutiment Consultant
Laura Wilson-Jones brings impressive recruitment experience to The Candidate to help balance the media and sales skill set within the Advertising Agency team. Managed by Simon Clarke, Head of Agency Recruitment, she will work on the developing exclusive relationships the agency has with many of the global agencies and digital specialists in the area. With demand from these clients ranging from junior execs to senior search and selection requirements, its important that The Candidate continues to invest in this area of the business.
Steven Allen, eCommerce Recrutiment Consultant
Steven Allen joins as eCommerce Recruitment Consultant to work in the triple-digital growth eCommerce team. Inundated with requests for candidates from our growing client base, Steve's experience and eye for a cultural match for our candidates and clients will help deliver the eCommerce recruitment services for the business.
Further to this is a further new starter for the teams at the end of the month. This is in addition to The Candidate's urgent search for an additional team member to work within the Tech Recruitment Team. The agency's next intake of successful recruitment consultants will happen later this year so keep en eye on developments on our #workforus social media activity.
