Ruby Programme

Through their 6 months intensive training course, starting with a five week classroom training, they will learn and develop some of the following skills:

  • GitHub
  • Agile Development
  • Release Procedures
  • Test Practices (TDD)
  • Debugging
  • Ruby on Rails
  • Ruby Syntax
  • Behaviour Driven Development
  • Object-Oriented Design
  • The Ruby Ecosystem

Candidates will be mentored by On the Beach's Senior Developers working in teams delivering new features and experiences for On the Beach's customers and be salaried from day 1.

Succeeding candidates will join one of UK's leading and high skilled online travel businesses, which attract more than 60 million website visitors every year and sent over one million passengers on holiday in 2015.
