The Social Media Executive will be responsible for implementing the tailored marketing strategy in this nonstop fashion business! They will work with the marketing team to implement innovative campaigns which really capture the brand's image with the opportunity to put their own ideas and slants in the campaigns! They plan, evaluate and report on all of the company's social media strategy. They will be the go-to person on social media for other team members, keeping them up to date with the campaigns and communicating with suppliers and other stakeholders on the progress. They will love the fast pace of the office and thrive on delivering and exceeding deadlines when possible.

The Main Responsibilities for the Social Media Executive:

  • Create, manage and distribute content including text messages, images, videos and HTML, to improve engagement with the target audience
  • Build a great relationship across all departments to manage the brand reputation, identify influencers, celebrities and experts amongst the audience
  • Optimise social media accounts and the company website to enhance branding
  • Develop a social media strategy through market research, benchmarking, audience identification analysis including consumer behaviour
  • Moderate user-generated content in line with policy for each community
  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns and create calendars and schedules
  • Analyse social data, insights and best practices and enhance performance and reach accordingly
  • Be up to date on industry trends and developments within technology and digital marketing
  • Grow the company’s influencer marketing strategy and develop their ability to enhance brand awareness and sales

The Key Attributes and Skills required:

  • A strong track record of managing large social media campaigns accounts and be able to describe examples of growing followers
  • Ability to demonstrate networking experience involving Influencer Marketing and having a sound knowledge of digital marketing analytical tools
  • Outstanding organisational skills, as the role involves working with a lot of projects at the same time
  • Having a positive attitude towards all tasks and the candidate must be very customer orientated
