We have a great opportunity at one of the top fashion eCommerce businesses in the industry! The role of SEO Manager will be to maximise profitable traffic from organic search marketing for the group. Through this, you will deliver targeted traffic and improve overall channel efficiency. Deliver forecasted growth levels set out in multi-channel budgets whilst maximising return on investment generated from Organic Search expenditure.

Roles and responsibilities of SEO Manager:

  • Maximise performance from the channel to ensure forecasted sales and expenditure is met I line with budgets
  • Manage the appropriate reports and operation KPI’s that demonstrate the performance of SEO channel and flagging up any issues
  • Analysis on link acquisition, site performance, accessibility and site architecture
  • Monitor and ensure that sites meet best practice standards and are in line with overall SEO Strategy
  • Flag issues with overall technical site improvements and liaising with the key stakeholders
  • Responsible for testing and implementing data-driven technical SEO
  • Drive forward overall SEO Strategy, building relationships across the whole marketing function and liaising with key stakeholders

Skills and Attributes of the SEO Manager:

  • Experience and fully literate in all things SEO
  • Experience handling and analysing data
  • Competent and very confident in Excel and strong knowledge of VLOOKUP’s
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to use these effectively within this role
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other appropriate software analytic tools
  • Highly numerate and able to crunch and provide insight and recommendations on data
  • Personal Blogging and high interest in social media platforms would be highly advantageous in this role
