We’re looking for an experienced SEO Executive to manage SEO activities and build a strong SEO team for a Data Specialist business in Cheshire! If you’re the one, then you can look forward to flexible working hours, a generous bonus structure, team days out and much more!

Our client has established a successful business focusing on providing specific data to optimise marketing campaigns to a variety of clients across the country. They are located in the lovely area of Cheshire with great public transport links from central Manchester and surrounding areas. Due to their rapid success, they are now expanding their digital team and is looking for an SEO Executive who can optimise their SEO activities through clever strategy building and optimise search engine ranking.

The SEO Executive will monitor and develop efficient SEO strategies whilst improve on and off page optimisation. The successful candidate will work closely with global stakeholders to produce keyword rich content and content plans, whilst helping build the internal SEO team. Previous experience in working with SEO and PPC management tools are necessary to succeed, as the successful candidate will report on SEO as well as PPC activities.

Main responsibilities of the SEO Executive

  • Create and implement SEO strategies whilst identifying improvements for SEO optimisation for the company and clients
  • Support the recruitment process of establishing a new SEO team, which the successful candidate will manage in the future
  • Manage on-page and off-page optimisation activities
  • Report PPC and SEO performance to the company as well as external agencies
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to produce keyword rich content and develop content plans
  • Report future business strategies to enhance the SEO activities and achieve increasing ROI
  • Benchmark across the digital industry to identify the newest trends and developments
  • Run competitor analysis

Required skills and attributes of the SEO Executive

  • Previous experience creating and implementing SEO strategies whilst managing on-page and off-page optimisation
  • Previous experience in working with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing – and Google Adwords
  • Strong knowledge of backend solutions for SEO optimisation
  • Experience in using SEO and PPC software tools for commercial websites
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail to identify improvements and issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload to deliver within the set deadline
  • Strong confidence and excellent communication skills to work with management teams, across departments and external agencies as well as other stakeholders
