Manage the most creative paid media campaigns from a state of the art office in Manchester?

This agency is looking for a Senior Paid Manager to work with integrity and take ownership. The successful candidate will be a fast learner and stay on top of digital trends and developments in the industry. This person will be extremely proficient in social media, web and technology. The Senior Paid Manager will be proactive and a self-starter, conducting and reporting and analysing campaign performance to identify potential improvements for the business.

Our client is renowned for being extremely intelligent about their work by understanding what their customers wants and introducing them to ground-breaking digital solutions. Their success and multiple awards have resulted in a rapid growth, which is the reason why they now need a Senior Paid Manager! The successful candidate will work on all parts of the projects from Content and Copywriting to Design and Client Services, whilst manage multiple paid campaigns across several platforms and different industries.

Main responsibilities of the Senior Paid Manager

  • Manage and implement paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to manage budgets most efficiently
  • Review paid media and display activities to enhance campaign ROI
  • Conduct competitor and keyword research, whilst being responsible for bid management
  • Work closely with the designers and developers to optimise the landing pages
  • Run A/B testing setup and tracking
  • Provide insights from campaign performances and communicate this to other team members

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a paid media role, working with PPC campaigns
  • Extremely good knowledge of Paid Social, display, content marketing, paid search, targeting and retargeting.
  • Previous experience working with campaign planning and paid media platforms
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) is essential for this role
  • Strong knowledge of other online principles and tools like SEO and Adwords Editor
  • Proven track record of working with biddable media and program management skills
  • Be a strong strategic thinker and have excellent analytical skills
  • Previous experience in HTML, JavaScript or PHP will be a great advantage, but not essential
