Are you talented in generating online sales? Our client is a market leading business in its field and they now need the next top Senior eCommerce Executive to join the team!

Our client has a brilliant opportunity within their expanding and successful business. They have seen fantastic success in the UK and now have plans to replicate their eCommerce presence internationally. The business has a huge customer base and has sold products to over 4 million customers.

The role of Senior eCommerce Executive is located in Stockport at the company’s new offices and are situated right next to easily available transport links. This role would be particularly suited to an individual that has demonstrable experience in an eCommerce role. There are also excellent progression opportunities within this role. The main aspect of the role will be to boost online sales through ensuring that products are easily accessible on the website and analysing customer search traffic. If you are proactive and excited to work in a fast paced environment then this role is perfect for you!

Roles and responsibilities of the Senior eCommerce Executive:

  • Ensure that products appear on the website effectively and in a timely fashion.
  • Identify sales prospects through analysing customer search traffic I.e. keywords
  • Suggest developments that can be made to improve the customer experience and sales conversions
  • Produce detailed store sales analysis at product level
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments and communicate key store trading information
  • Complete the process to setup store product promotions from concept through to being live on the company’s website
  • Support teams to create store product range promotions
  • Have a clear understanding of KPI’s and objectives that need to be achieved through the use of Google Analytics
  • Assist in producing marketing campaigns

The ideal candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an eCommerce role
  • Be commercially minded and have up to date awareness on seasonal change in markets
  • Proactive and keen to get on board with multiple projects
  • Strong skills in Microsoft excel
  • Solid analytical and numerical skills
  • Fantastic organisational and communication skills
  • Build relationships with team members and other departments
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
