The role of Senior Client Executive is located in the company’s Manchester office. An individual joining this company gets to be involved with important tasks from day one. You will be tasked with managing and working with a large portfolio of clients and their brands. Furthermore, you will carry out full client campaign delivery from brief to implementation. Even though you will be getting straight into important tasks you will have full support from the Client Managers and Client Directors. As well as a very exciting role the business also offers a competitive salary, bonuses and 25 days holiday! The Main Responsibilities of the Senior Client Executive:

  • Be responsible for the management of a number of client portfolios
  • Identify risks and opportunities within the clients business
  • Build strong relationships with brands
  • Communicate and support stakeholders
  • Develop and produce high-quality campaigns
  • Deliver campaigns to clients
  • Work within budgets
  • Identify new trends and new business opportunities
  • Support and be willing to help people

Requirements of the Senior Client Executive:

  • At least 1 years' experience in account/ project management
  • Passionate about producing exceptional campaigns and providing top customer service.
  • Confident in communicating with clients and senior level stakeholders to ensure that the best campaigns are being produced.
  • Self-starter who is pro-active, enthusiastic and always finding ways to drive the business.
  • Not afraid to go above and beyond to find solutions and answers
  • Build superb working relationships, and bring a positive attitude to the business!
