Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Business Development Executive:
Undertaking research to identify opportunities to develop products and services
Working closely with clients having direct contact maintaining a relationship
Responds to incoming queries and provides support for existing client accounts
Creating a portfolio for CRM details following guidelines
Perform duties in order to meet personal targets working towards achieving business objectives
Maintain strong links with the internal teams to ensure effective communication is made
Skills and Attributes:
Communication skills and relationship building is essential to maintain a strong customer base
Previous experience in developing client relationships to ensure new revenue opportunities are gained
Experience in implementing research for development
Previous employment of working towards targets and successfully achieving them
