Our client is a well-established popular brand, which has been on the market for several decades. Due to their vast success, they now have a global audience and is proud to supply products for a global customer base. Their large database needs focused maintenance and customisation enable to enhance the customer experience and sales. They require a Salesforce Manager to manage data and manage their Salesforce users.

The Salesforce Manager will report directly and work closely with the Marketing Director of the company. The successful candidate will be leading the new developments of SFDC across the different brands in the organisation and report to the senior management teams.  The Salesforce Manager will furthermore work closely with the Head of Departments of other teams to identify new customer needs and personalise strategies.

Main responsibilities of the Salesforce Manager

  • Ensure all processes are well established for data integration
  • Provide SFDC training for the junior teams
  • Manage a team specialising in SFDC and ensure the company is optimising the system capabilities
  • Keep up to date with the newest Salesforce functions
  • Manage other system integration with Salesforce like SAP
  • Run internal meetings to keep all teams up to date on new developments
  • Provide technical support maintain workflows in the team
  • Work across the company’s brands to ensure SFDC is fully integrated according to different customer data groups

Required skills and experience of the Salesforce Manager

  • Possess a degree, preferably within IT or Data Insight
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with and SAP including project management
  • Excellent commercial mindset with a pragmatic approach to accuracy
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Strong communication skills enable to train new staff and report key performances
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide results from in-depth analysis
  • Be up to date on the newest Salesforce developments
  • Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Previous experience working with SQL, JavaScripts and HTML would be highly desirable, however not essential to be considered for this role
