Are you an Account Executive looking for a new challenge? An award-winning international digital agency in Manchester City Centre is looking for a Sales Executive to join their talented agency!

This digital agency has established an outstanding reputation in the industry and has recently expanded their company to international dimensions! Our client is competing with the biggest players in the industry and is growing rapidly. They are looking for an individual with previous Account Executive experience, as the successful candidate will be managing key clients, but also identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate must be talented in sales and be able to provide excellent customer service.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding their client base and keep the balance between of being results-driven, but keeping the customers’ needs in focus. The successful candidate will create strong customer relationships and ensure they are profitable for the company. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Executive, will get excellent responsibilities to grow in the role.

Main responsibilities of the Sales Executive

  • Make strong business plans and manage the entire sales process from identifying to secure new clients
  • Manage clients well and turn them into strong customer relationship
  • Present and identify relevant services to key clients
  • Constantly provide excellent sales support to ensure customers keep being engaged with the company
  • Daily contact with clients to understand their requirements and assist on any queries they may have
  • Keep records of sales data and analyse performance

Required skills for the role

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive, as the successful candidate, must be extremely competent with client management
  • Strong knowledge of running market research and negotiations
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work enthusiastically and with a great passion for sales
  • Great business intelligence and ability to create strong relationships with key clients
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage workload
  • The successful candidate must be very results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
