Our client is going through an exciting time and is growing rapidly! This agency provides a wide range of digital services and has established an excellent reputation in the industry due to their outstanding digital knowledge. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has outstanding people skills and is able to create engaging content for their paid social campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Paid Social Executive

  • Leading paid social campaigns from start to finish
  • Start up new paid social media accounts for the agency
  • Manage optimisation of client’s accounts
  • Create provocative content for each target audience and monitor reactions for further improvements
  • Build up a great understanding of each target audience needs, responses and goals
  • Create reports based on results and identified areas to improve or grow 

Required skills and attributes for the role

  • Outstanding communication skills for creating creative content and ensure a good work flow between teams
  • Proven track record and experience with paid social campaign management
  • Good understanding of engagement strategies for growth
  • Highly skilled at creating provocative content for social media and campaigns
  • Great analytical skills to monitor social media and campaign performance to generate reporting to management
  • Good numerical skills and understanding of optimisation and advert spending
  • Build strong client relationship and internally with the teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence for presentations
  • Very good time management skills and ability to meet all deadlines with accuracy
  • Good team player
