The role of Paid Search Assistant requires the successful candidate to work with paid search and paid social across multiple digital channels. They will be given hands on access to their accounts, requiring creative flair to create and optimise the ranges of activity. This role requires an individual to optimise activity in order to develop noticeable positive results, create unique content on a multitude of platforms for paid search and social ads and work effectively with the wider marketing team.
Roles and responsibilities of the Paid Search Assistant:
Apply marketing promotion knowledge across digital channels
Analyse data effectively in order to optimise successful campaigns
Develop weekly and ad hoc reports and share with appropriate stakeholders
Work with the team to maximise performance and coordinate marketing activity
Make sure activity is set up correctly and running efficiently for PPC accounts
Skills and Attributes:
Minimum 6 months experience in PPC or Paid Social Role
Passion for hands on learning and a dedicated approach to tasks
Complying with delegated requests and speedy activity in the fast paced working environment
Comfortable with calculating metrics such as ROI etc
Excellent communicator who can maintain and build relationships
Preferred existing knowledge of the target market and the current market state
Experience with required digital platforms such as Google Analytics and AdWords
Organisation, time management and a proactive approach are crucial
