Our client is an exciting global fashion retailer located in the Lancashire area, where there are excellent transport links available from the Manchester, Warrington and Leeds areas. The company has ambitious plans for future growth and as they continue to acquire new business, they are now looking for an experienced and diligent individual who wants to play an integral part in their future success.

The role of European Multi-Channel Lead will be responsible for driving and manage multi-channel activity for the European markets in order to achieve traffic, sales and profit targets for the year. It will be important to also identify new commercial opportunities to drive and enhance sales and profits. The successful candidate will manage and develop a large Multi-Channel team to ensure high performance, employee satisfaction and a great working environment through team meetings and personal development plans. The Roles and Responsibilities of the European Multi-Channel Lead:

  • Be responsible for budgets within Multi-Channel projects
  • Gather feedback and benchmark Multi-Channel propositions
  • Research new opportunities to enhance European Multi-Channel offers
  • Work alongside the Traffic Manger to improve customer acquisition techniques
  • Build solid relationships with other departments across the business
  • Work closely with the Head of Multi-Channel, Head of Customer Care and Head of CRM to enhance the customer experience and increase retention
  • Analyse the user experience and collaborate with the Conversion Lead to optimise conversion
  • Run risk analysis to ensure potential risks are identified and managed accordingly
  • Manage a large Multi-Channel team and develop personal plans to ensure high employee satisfaction

Required skills and experience of the European Multi-Channel Lead

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an Ecommerce Manager role
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient in using Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great people management skills to develop career and personal development plans
  • Be a strong leader and manager
  • Proactive and energetic approach to motivate staff and new projects
