We have an exciting new opportunity for a Media Sales Manager to temporarily join a highly successful media powerhouse in Manchester City Centre!

Their future is looking brighter than ever and as the company’s success continues to grow, they are now looking to hire a creative, talented and hardworking individual to join the dynamic team, on a temporary basis, as their new Media Sales Manager!

The Media Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key clients whilst also aiming to identify new business opportunities for the organisation as well as exceeding both the individual and team revenue targets.

The Main Responsibilities of the Media Sales Manager:

  • Build and develop existing client relationships whilst also developing new business opportunities for the company
  • Liaise closely with the Head of to generate quarterly business plans and accurate forecasts whilst delivering revenue across the sales team
  • Ensure that all revenue records and future business opportunities are managed effectively and efficiently
  • Work closely with the team when negotiating and closing existing and new business opportunities
  • Identify, approach and work with other third party influencers and generate a broad understanding of their businesses
  • Extract, interrogate and brainstorm briefs and deliver them in a timely manner, utilising the full resources of the company
  • Effectively manage and develop a team of Media Sales Executives
  • Create and deliver cutting edge presentations which will secure both new and existing clients

The Perfect Candidate:

  • Proven experience of working within a similar role is essential
  • An excellent communicator, listener and relationship builder
  • A team player who has fantastic leadership and time management skills
  • A creative individual with an extensive experience of digital media sales
  • Comfortable delivering presenting to an audience of experts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is vital for the role
  • Self-driven with a high attention to detail
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, high pressured environment
