They are now looking for a talented Marketing Director with a strong commercial acumen who can build B2B inbound lead generation campaigns and make a strong influence on the company’s marketing processes to enhance the future growth.

The Marketing Director will share the responsibility in achieving sales targets, so strong digital knowledge is essential to manage and increase inbound enquiries through efficient SEO, PPC and Social Media strategies. The successful candidate will manage our client’s talented and strong performing marketing teams and be a leader for delivering successful marketing - and lead generation strategies. 

Main responsibilities of the Marketing Director

  • Work closely with the Sales Director and other Senior Management teams to establish business and marketing KPIs
  • Develop efficient market leading CRM strategies, Marketing Automation and drive inbound enquiries through SEO, PPC and Social Media strategies
  • Keep up to date on the newest digital marketing trends and developments to identify new opportunities that will enhance performance
  • Lead the execution of effective digital marketing – and lead generation strategies
  • Convert the traditional outbound marketing sales processes to inbound digital enquiries to achieve the overall sales target
  • Be a vital part of delivering the overall business goals

Required skills and experience of the Marketing Director

  • The Marketing Director must have previous hands-on experience in managing lead generation strategies and improve marketing processes to enhance sales growth
  • Previous experience in a Senior Strategic Marketing role and educated to degree level
  • Be a strong leader and have previous experience in developing a talented and high-performance marketing team
  • Proven track record of leading sustainable strategies to achieve successful marketing and sales results through implemented digital marketing strategies and traditional lead generation
  • Strong commercial awareness to identify new market trends and build a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build up a strong network within the industry
