The Digital Strategy and Operations Manager will be determined with keeping their teams happy and be proactive in looking for better ways to deliver for their customers.
Roles and Responsibilities of Digital Strategy and Operations Manager:
Managing and supporting teams through project monitoring
Work side by side Project Managers forecasting, reviewing projects and getting the best ROI
Keep a close eye on the project plans including troubleshoots, estimates and actual costs as well as escalations (internal and external)
Support teams in implementing their objectives ensuring they have all the correct tools and information to do their job
Work with all teams as the integral member ensuring communication, organisation and support including creative teams
Skills and Experience:
Excellent at building client and working relationships with other teams
Experience project managing in a broad range of projects
Analytical and able to recognise and solve business problems
Have a good knowledge and grasp of user experience and visuals
Experience of software design and best practice in delivery
